Our story begins not in a boardroom, but on the front lines of one of the world’s most demanding industries. Our late Managing Partner, Grace Oji, built an illustrious 21-year career at Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, an affiliate of ExxonMobil. For 13 of those years, she was an Industrial Hygienist, personally responsible for the health and safety initiatives of a global energy leader.
She saw firsthand what world-class safety looked like. She also saw the need to make that level of expertise accessible right here in Nigeria, led by local professionals who understood the unique challenges of our industries.
In 2014, she turned that vision into a reality. Gradi Health and Safety Limited was founded not just as a business, but as a mission: to elevate occupational health and industrial hygiene in Nigeria, ensuring every worker is protected by the highest possible standards.
