Gradi Health & Safety Limited was incorporated in 2014 after the Managing Partner Grace (late) had completed 21 working years in Mobil Producing Nigeria Ltd. (An affiliate of ExonMobil), 13 0f these years being as an Industrial Hygenist. Grace was responsible for all operations and administrative management of the company's operation.

Health Risk Assessment of Operational Phase of the Project
The Gradi Health & Safety team has several years of experience in Health Risk Assessment. The team has led several Exposure Risk Assessment for all onshore and offshore facilities in ExxonMobil affiliates in Nigeria and has also been a team member in several Health Risk Assessments for ExxonMobil Nigeria and NLNG.
Sampling and Analysis of Several Hazardous Substances
Gradi Health & Safety uses SGS Laboratories based in the United States for analysis of all her Industrial Hygiene samples collected during workplace monitoring and any other work activity.
Provision of Support to IH Personnel in Conducting Workplace Assessment, Survey and monitoring
Members of the Gradi Health team have carried out and still are carrying out workplace assessments for several oil and gas multinational companies since our inception in 2014. We are able to support hygienists in identifying and quantifying a broad range of hazardous substances.
Procurement, Installation, Servicing and Repair of Industrial Hygiene Eqquipment
Gradi Health and Safety has since 2014 been involved in the procurement and servicing of equipment for three multinational companies in Nigeria. We are also able to supply a wide variety of safety equipment from personal protective equipment, fire protection equipment, lock out tag out devices, SCBAs, etc.
Industrial Hygiene Unit Setup
Gradi Health and Safety is able to support organizations in setting up Industrial Hygiene Units. We can help recruit hygienists, procure and service equipment as well as develop bespoke hygiene programs. We provide coaching and mentorship to ensure IH resources gain appropriate level of experience and become certified or registered industrial hygienists.
Health & Safety Hazard Training
We are the best at what we do and we are committed to ensuring that the knowledge of the industry best practices is passed on to those willing to gain it. That's why we roll out trainings for workers around hearing conservation, hazardous material communication, radiation safety, safety in the workplace and so on.
